3. Shipping Methods
3.1. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Express Delivery (Prepaid only)
3.2. Our delivery partners include: Shiprocket, Rapyid, BigShip, and others depending on location and availability.
4. Delivery Timelines
4.1. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order processing.
4.2. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier issues.

A. Digital Payment (Prepaid Orders)
Order value ₹0 – ₹498 → Shipping Charges: ₹49
Order value above ₹498 → Free Shipping
B. Cash on Delivery (COD Orders)
Order value ₹0 – ₹499 → ₹79
₹500 – ₹10,000 → ₹100
₹10,001 – ₹25,000 → ₹500
₹25,001 – ₹50,000 → ₹1,000
Note: All COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before being dispatched.
C. Express Shipping (Prepaid Only)
Charges: ₹100 per KG

6. Mumbai Shipping Policy
Minimum Order: 1 KG
Within Mumbai: Delivery is free up to 1 KG.
Above 1 KG, nominal delivery charges may apply.
Outside Mumbai: Shipping charges apply as per standard or express rates.
7. Shipping Restrictions
7.1. We currently ship across India.
7.2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
8. Tracking Your Order
8.1. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
8.2. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
9. No Return / No Refund Policy
Please note:
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds once the product is dispatched, except in cases of confirmed shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Delivery Failures
10.1. If the address is incorrect or undeliverable, the customer will be contacted to arrange re-shipping.
