1. No Returns Policy

1.1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any products once they are sold and delivered.
1.2. This policy applies to all orders—whether placed via WhatsApp, phone, or any other communication channel.
1.3. We do not accept returns due to personal preferences, taste, change of mind, or minor packaging variations.


2. No Refunds Policy

2.1. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
2.2. Please verify all order details—product names, quantities, address, and payment mode—before confirming the order with our team.


3. Non-Delivery / Incorrect Address

4.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the shipping fee for redelivery must be borne by the customer.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by courier companies or incorrect contact details.
